The Calgary Alliance for the Common Good is exploring how we can equip people to better respond to the Mental Health Challenges of our Communities. This training focuses on understanding mental health, how we can respond to people with mental health challenges and focuses on some of the key soft skills.

At the end of February, CACG will also host the Mental Health First Aid course which has more of a focus on the clinical aspects of Mental Health support.
