DESCRIPTION:St. Francis of Assisi\, Airdrie announces that we are spearhead
 ing our third annual "Praise in the Park 2026" on Sunday\, June 7\, from 1
 :00 to 6:00ish at Nose Creek Regional Park.  Worship bands from several l
 ocal churches will join us to proclaim Christ's message through song.  Ea
 ch band promises lengthy playlists\, so we may go longer.\nPraise in the P
 ark is dedicated to creating a family-friendly atmosphere by fostering com
 munity spirit through music and worship.  Our mission is to create a welc
 oming environment for all to experience the joy of faith and fellowship.\n
 This year\, there will be food trucks and a small artisan market specializ
 ing in spiritual goods.  We will also feature a Christian-based children'
 s entertainer to ensure the whole family gets involved.  Our own Rev. Joa
 n Schellenberger from St.Francis will open up the event with prayers for t
 he city\, the community and the performers.\nWe want to encourage everyone
  to mark the date on your calendar and come down to Nose Creek after churc
 h on June 7 for some beautiful and inspirational music.  Tell your friend
 s and neighbours as well.\n
