Parish Prayer

Our mission is expressed as a parish prayer, something we are living into, naming the qualities of Jesus Christ that we seek to reflect. It is said at every service of worship:

Gracious God, source of all life and love,
in your gift of the cross of Jesus Christ 
you call humanity to reconciliation,
wholeness and abundant life.
Draw us together in your purposes
that we may make your love known
in all we say and do.
Give us your courage and generosity,
that through the mission, worship
and fellowship of Christ Church,
we may reflect your faithfulness,
your grace, forgiveness, and mercy,
your wisdom and justice,
your generosity and service.
Form us completely,
that we may welcome all
to your community 
of healing, compassion and hope.
